Nottingham Community Housing Association

The challenge was to communicate the government’s benefit changes clearly and simply, to a wide, and often poorly informed audience.

Simple ‘safety/warning’ style graphics were used to get peoples attention and convey a sense of urgency, whilst also walking them through the process of change, informing them of what they needed to be aware of and any actions they needed to take.

The marketing was rolled out across posters, leaflets, postcards and environmental signage.
