Space to think

We’ve just come back from an all-expenses-paid, weekend trip to Gleneagles in Scotland, very kindly paid for by the McNaughton paper group.
It was their annual Awards ceremony and we were nominated in three categories – Best Stationery, Best Annual Report & Best Product Brochure. Unfortunately we didn’t come first in any, but we were ‘highly commended’ in each one, which in our first year is pretty satisfying in itself, but also gives us the chance to do better next year!
What was great however, was the chance to catch our breath in beautiful surroundings, during what’s been a seriously busy few months – and take the opportunity to sit down and asses our first year away from all the hubbub – some space to think is always good, a time to reflect, re-charge and make new plans, all of which we did.
Now it’s time to take those plans forward. Let the fun begin!
