Hunting around for a new sofa bed we came across sofa.com. Lovely copy: very friendly, down to earth and reassuring – just what you need if you’re buying straight off the net. But it wasn’t just marketing bluff; I called them and spoke to an assistant who was very friendly and natural, unlike the robotic way so many ‘customer service’ people seem to speak. They also had this fun little video on their site as well.
