Howies are canvassing ideas for a shop. Very exciting. My idea would be to have it in Nottingham. Talking of new shops, Whole Foods opens its first store in Kensington on Wednesday. I went to a couple in America and they are absolutely amazing - and I hate shopping in supermarkets. The choice and quality were incredible, plus they have a strong ethical leaning: using local produce and paying above-average wages. If they get it right here, they could be huge.
